Bonnie Lappin is an esteemed leader known for her dedication to fostering professional growth and innovation. Her career reflects a profound commitment to empowering individuals and shaping organizations to achieve exceptional results.

Bonnie co-founded and built the Healthcare Businesswomen's Ambassador Program (HBA), the signature leadership development program of HBA – a global non-profit organization with 20,000 members and 140 corporate partners. The Ambassador Program has engaged over 11,000 participants worldwide to date.

She has served on HBA boards in Boston, Europe, and Florida and co-founded the HBA Miami chapter.

Since 1990, Bonnie has also served as President of The Lappin Company, specializing in executive search and career consulting. Her leadership impact spans globally, having spoken on leadership and career development in the U.S., Switzerland, India, Malaysia, Japan, France, UK, Germany, Singapore, and Ireland.

Bonnie has mentored hundreds of professionals worldwide and is internationally recognized for advancing leadership in the life sciences industry. She was awarded the PharmaVOICE 100 Award in 2017 and is the sole recipient of the HBA Visionary Leader Award.

As the founder and former CEO of CSI Specialty Group, Suzette built one of the industry's top-ranked consulting firms, guiding Fortune 500 manufacturers, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), and private equity-backed ventures through complex challenges in commercialization, workforce planning, digital health, and market access. Under her leadership, CSI received national recognition from Consulting Magazine, Goldman Sachs, and The Commonwealth Institute for rapid growth and industry innovation.

Suzette is also a passionate patient advocate. She launched the industry's first specialty pharmacy podcast, was inducted into the APPA Hall of Fame, and has served in appointed leadership roles, including the Florida State Board of Employee Leasing and Florida's Talent Caucus. She is a Founding Member and past Board Director for the National Association of Specialty Pharmacy (NASP), Past Global Director of HMA's Ambassador Program, and serves on several industry advisory boards.

Today, she brings her entrepreneurial mindset to a Fortune 15 company, helping to shape strategy across the Evernorth and Cigna ecosystem to further enhance patient care. Diana Ji is the Founder and President of Bongene Search, a life sciences executive search and leadership advisory firm serving life sciences organizations globally.

Since founding Bongene Search in 2014, Diana has partnered with Fortune 500 healthcare organizations, emerging biotechnology companies, and industry innovators to help build leadership teams that drive growth, innovation, and patient impact. Over the course of her career, she has worked with hundreds of organizations and connected, mentored, and advised thousands of professionals, from individual contributors to senior executives.

Diana brings the perspective of both an executive recruiter and a leadership advisor. Her work focuses on career direction, professional positioning, leadership development, corporate advancement, interviewing, negotiation, and long-term career growth. She helps experienced professionals prepare for greater leadership responsibility, strengthen their professional presence, communicate their value, and navigate important career transitions with clarity, confidence, and discipline.

Diana is the author of Power Recruiting, a frequent speaker on leadership and career development, and the founder of Bongene Academy and the Women's Leadership Scholarship. She has been invited to speak by the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists (AAPS), the Sino-American Pharmaceutical Professionals Association (SAPA), and leading academic institutions, including Yale University.

Fluent in English and Mandarin, Diana is recognized for connecting life sciences professionals, organizations, and opportunities across North America and Asia. She holds a master's degree in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University.

Amina Lobban is a global strategic business leader who bridges enterprise strategy, people, and culture to drive measurable impact. With over two decades of cross-industry experience spanning manufacturing, quality, engineering, and HR — including 18 years at Shire and Takeda — she brings a rare blend of operational excellence, organizational insight, and human connection to every engagement. She is currently Senior Director, Program Management & Portfolio Strategy at Halozyme.

A passionate advocate for gender equity and leadership development, Amina co-founded the HBA Global Ambassador Program, led an award-winning women's ERG, serves on The Boston Club's Leadership Council and the Board of Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts, and has volunteered with the United Nations Association of Greater Boston. Amina was recognized as a 2022 HBA Rising Star and a 2024 INvolve Future Leader Role Model for her impact and influence, and earned a Certificate with Distinction in Advancing Diversity & Inclusion from INSEAD. She is also a dedicated community leader, serving as a Girl Scout troop co-leader, championing opportunities for girls to build confidence and leadership skills.

Amina began her career as a Petroleum Engineer in Trinidad & Tobago and holds a BSc in Chemical & Process Engineering from the University of the West Indies, an MS from the University of Minnesota, and an MBA in Finance and International Management from the Boston University Questrom School of Business.

Dr. Imen Elloumi-Hannachi

Dr. Imen Elloumi-Hannachi is a biotech leader and educator serving as Professor of Practice at the University of Washington Bothell. As Head of the Engineering Capstone Program & Industry Partnerships, she orchestrates the intersection of academic innovation and the Seattle tech ecosystem. Additionally, she advises startups in the AI × Life Sciences space, specializing in product strategy and GTM roadmaps.

As a Member of the Board of Advisors for Global Strategy & Emerging Markets at RxVP, Dr. Elloumi-Hannachi serves as a strategic catalyst, synthesizing deep technical expertise with a nuanced multicultural perspective to position organizations as vital global connectors. Her international career, anchored by six years in Japan, includes a PhD from the Tokyo Institute of Technology (now Institute of Science Tokyo) and pioneering research at the Institute of Advanced Biomedical Engineering and Science (ABMES).

Integrating deep technical expertise in protein engineering and AI-powered medicine with professional leadership in France and the U.S., she navigates the strategic complexities of emerging markets with precision. Beyond her technical and commercial achievements, she is a dedicated leader in the life sciences community, having founded the HBA-Seattle Chapter and served in high-level governance roles across the organization's regional and national boards.

Stefania Migliuolo

Stefania Migliuolo is a healthcare professional, entrepreneur and leadership advocate with more than 25 years of experience across healthcare communications, business development and organizational growth. After training as a pediatric oncologist, she built an international career in healthcare consulting, marketing, communications and strategic leadership.

As Founder and CEO of Alecrìa | Ahead in Healthcare, she advises Pharmaceutical companies, Scientific Societies and Patient Advocacy groups on Communication and Stakeholder engagement focusing on Medical Affairs, Marketing, Market Access and organizational development.

Throughout her career, Stefania has led multidisciplinary teams and projects, supported business transformation and helped organizations strengthen collaboration, engagement and sustainable growth. Her approach combines strategic vision with a strong focus on people, leadership and impact.

A long-standing volunteer leader within the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association (HBA), Stefania has contributed to the organization since 2009 through numerous regional and global leadership roles, including Deputy Chair of the Global Affinity Groups Committee and member of the European Board. She currently serves as a mentor in the European Mentoring Program and as an advisor to the Global Ambassador Program. Her contributions have been recognized with the HBA LEAD Award in 2015 and Legacy Awards in 2021 and 2024.

Her commitment to leadership is rooted in the conviction that empowering people, encouraging continuous development, and building inclusive professional communities are essential drivers of innovation and long-term success.
