IGNITE is a premium, hands-on development experience. Led by seasoned life sciences industry leaders and coaching experts who speak from lived experience, this program moves far beyond theory: It utilizes immersive, gamified workshops, high-stakes live role-play, and challenging coaching to master public speaking and build a definitive professional leadership signature.
Each participant receives three high-value speaking opportunities over six months. Experiences may be virtual or in person and designed for internal or external audiences.

She is Founder & CEO of D Cube Consultancy, Head of Asia Pacific for RxVP, and a Global Board Director of the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association.
Deepa speaks regularly across the US, Europe and Asia through leadership forums, industry panels, podcasts and academic platforms, sharing perspectives on leadership, career transitions, confidence and influence.
As an RxVP Practitioner Coach, she combines her leadership and speaking experience to help emerging leaders craft compelling narratives, build stage confidence, connect authentically with audiences and navigate live questions—turning public speaking into a powerful leadership capability.
